Summary
We are seeking a temporary Full-Time Chef to cover long term sickness with the potential for a permanent position. The successful candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements
- Support with stock control and general kitchen duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work shift patterns, including weekends
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
