Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per year
Tyn Lon Volvo is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team.
You'll be the key link between our consumers and workshop, managing service bookings, providing updates throughout the repair journey, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll bring:
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Keyloop experience advantageous
