Position Overview:
The Customer Service Coordinator will play a vital role in managing warm leads, facilitating communication with potential clients, and booking appointments for our surveyors. This position requires a proactive, organized individual who excels in customer interaction and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:**
- Reach out to warm leads through phone calls and emails, providing information about our services.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs to effectively communicate our offerings.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Book appointments for surveyors based on client availability and preferences.
- Maintain and update the surveyor's diary to ensure an efficient scheduling process.
Customer Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and promote further engagement.
Data Management:
- Record and maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on lead conversion rates and appointment bookings.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and surveyor teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss lead status and strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
