Is seeking an applicant to work with our team of controllers assisting and managing 24 hour Roadside & Recovery based incidents .
RTS our seeking a Night Controller 4 ON 4 OFF ( Working From Home ) to join our team -
We operate mobile service vehicles across the Northwest and North wales attending to commercial vehicle breakdowns
Experience:
Commercial vehicle , Roadside assistance , Vehicle Breakdown experience
- Excellent geographical knowledge along with attributes to deal with multiple tasks of call handling, assigning jobs, and problem-solving.
- Previous experience working in a roadside, vehicle recovery industry using Apex RMS & Excel is an advantage but not essential as full training available for the right candidate
- Ability to build and maintain relations with our customers and staff
- Experience in the vehicle , breakdown , recovery sector
The Role:
- The successful applicant will work closely with our roadside operators and customers to ensure that incidents our dealt with in a professional manner and meet our expectations. You'll be dealing with communications and monitoring that the incident has been dealt with effectively and in a professional manner.
- Monitoring kpi's
- Excellent team working skills
- Liaising with customers and roadside technicians
- Basic excel skills
