We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, building strong client relationships and supporting colleagues to achieve their best.
As an Assistant Manager, you will provide a first-class support service to our clients, ensuring assignments are completed accurately, efficiently and on time. You will work closely with Managers and Associates, helping them deliver an outstanding service while developing your own technical, commercial and leadership skills.
You will be expected to demonstrate the values that are important to us: honesty, trustworthiness, professionalism, initiative and diplomacy, together with strong technical and business skills.

Provide a first-class service to clients, responding promptly and professionally to their needs.
- Provide high-quality support to Supervising Managers and Associates, enabling them to work effectively.
- Plan, control and review assignments accurately, cost-effectively and within agreed timescales.
- Maintain positive client relationships and identify opportunities to develop new relationships.
- Communicate with clients by telephone, email and in person, ensuring appropriate Partner clearance is obtained before providing advice.
- Supervise and train staff on assignments where required, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Assist with budgetary control and ensure assignments are delivered efficiently and commercially.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with Managers regarding timescales, progress and deliverability.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- ACCA / ACA qualified, or approaching fully qualified.
- Proactive and takes ownership of their work.
- Honest and trustworthy, with strong professional integrity.
- Diplomatic and confident when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Technically capable with a strong commercial and business awareness.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- A clear and effective communicator.
- Comfortable supporting, supervising and developing others.
