Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our dynamic financial team. Duties
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or PeopleSoft
- Manage accounts payable functions by ensuring timely payment processing and accurate record-keeping
- Enter and update financial data with precision in systems like Workday, Xero, or Sage to maintain current records
- Reconcile accounts and prepare reports to support audit processes and financial analysis
- Assist with bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and general ledger entries
- Support month-end closing activities by compiling relevant documentation and ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with finance team members to improve workflows and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Requirements
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or PeopleSoft
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and financial transaction management
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices is a plus
- Experience using Workday or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
