Senior Accounts Administrator

Modulek is a market-leading, family-owned construction company specialising in the design and build of bespoke modular buildings across the education, healthcare, and MOD sectors. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator to join our Finance Team at our Verwood Office.
The Role
Working within a small accounts team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day finance function, with primary responsibility for the purchase ledger, CIS processing and HSBC Net Expenses/payments. You will ensure invoices, payments, and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time, while acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier and subcontractor invoices (including CIS)
- Manage purchase ledger, supplier queries, and reconciliations
- Bank payments via HSBCnet and posting in Sage
- Weekly supplier and expense payments
- CIS verification and query resolution
- Credit card processing and reconciliation
- Month-end tasks, reports, and nominal reviews
- Liaison with external Financial Services Provider
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar accounts role
- Strong working knowledge of Sage
- Proven experience with CIS invoices
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Confident communicator with strong IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Familiar with HSBC Net
Qualifications (Desirable)
- AAT or equivalent
- Bookkeeping qualification
- Full driving licence

Hours: 8:30-17:00 Mon-Fri at our Verwood Offices
Salary: £34,500 -£38,000 depending on experience
