Sun Healthcare are recruiting for Support Worker roles across their Supported Living service in Barnsley and Wakefield due to increasing demand for the service.
At Sun Healthcare, we think it’s important to see the whole person, not the disability. Recognising people’s strengths and supporting people to achieve positive outcomes.
Our staff teams are instrumental in us continuing to deliver kind, compassionate person-centred care and support people to continue to live and thrive in their community.
You don’t necessarily have to have a background in care, as it is more important that our staff teams have the right attitudes and values, and comprehensive training will be provided alongside support from colleagues and Management.
We are a diverse, friendly, welcoming team and offer great training, support and development opportunities.
We offer:
· DBS paid by SHC
· Comprehensive induction and continuous training package
· 4 weeks Annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays
· A company Pension Scheme
· Seasonal awards for our staff members
· £13.71 per hour
· Access to Blue Light Card discounts
· Wellbeing Champions to support staff
· Opportunities for progression
