A well-established international company operating within the aerospace and advanced manufacturing industry is seeking a Sales Representative to support the continued expansion of its commercial activities across the Birmingham area and the wider West Midlands region.
This position offers the opportunity to join a structured and financially solid organization with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer service. The successful candidate will manage existing business relationships while actively developing new opportunities within one of the UK's most important industrial and engineering markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory
- Manage and expand an existing portfolio of industrial customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across manufacturing and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Present technical products and solutions to prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities for business growth
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and territory management abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently while contributing to wider business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, industrial equipment or related sectors
- Experience managing technical or solution-based sales processes
- Existing network within industrial markets would be advantageous

- Competitive base salary: £70,000 – £90,000
- Uncapped commission structure
