Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives and enhance employee experience.
- Manage recruitment processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools to attract top talent efficiently.
- Oversee onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster professional development.
- Supervise HR team members and coordinate with management to address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems like Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft for accurate data management and reporting.
- Conduct data analysis on HR metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead presentations on HR initiatives, policies, and compliance requirements to various stakeholder groups.
Skills
- Extensive experience managing human resources functions with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft for data entry, reporting, and system administration.
- Strong management skills with proven success supervising teams and guiding staff development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey policies, expectations, and feedback across all levels of the organization.
