We are an Independent Used Car retailer and Service Centre based in Uckfield, East Sussex with strong focus on delivering a great customer experience. We have superb reviews on Google, Book my Garage and our own website, demonstrating our great customer feedback in all areas.
We now require a Sales Professional to join our team to help drive the sale of used cars and add-on products.
The Role
As an Independent Retailer you are always at the front line and will need to work closely with your colleagues. You’ll be involved in the sales ‘nitty-gritty’ each day and when you are not selling, you will be required to get our stock ready for photography and to display on the internet - our ‘shop window’. This may also include assisting our buyers with collection of stock, so you may be ‘out of office’ once a week.
You will work a 5-day week, which will include one weekend day, normally a Saturday. However, at least one week each month will be Monday to Friday, leaving the weekend free.
About You
You will ideally already be working in a Sales role, although applications will be considered from other sales individuals, who we can train to become a great Motor Sales Professional.
You should however be:

· Outgoing, well presented and mature in your outlook
· Able to build a strong rapport with customers
· Passionate about giving great customer service.
The Reward
Your salary is by way of a highly competitive basic salary, individual commission and a monthly team bonus, providing a first year OTE as indicated. You will be enrolled on our company pension scheme after completion of your probationary period and will also be entitled to discounts on parts, service labour and cars after a qualifying period.
