We are looking for a new team member to join our Reception team at Holiday Inn Derby - Riverlights in the city centre on a full-time basis, with an salary of up to £26,538 p.a. plus great benefits.
The role:
- You'll officially be known as a Guest Service Assistant (GSA) and you could be the first person a guest meets at our hotel so you’ll need to be friendly, professional and confident
- You'll primarily be working on Reception, greeting and checking guests in and out, answering the phone and assisting with any guests' queries or complaints
- You may also turn your hand to helping out in the bar, restaurant or conference facilities
About you:
- You're someone who can really shine in a busy setting, who is comfortable meeting new people and who is passionate about customer service
- Experience in a similar role would be a real advantage, but not a must. We are looking for the right person to join the team
- Flexibility to work mid and weekend is required as the hotel is a 24/7 operation

You'll be joining the hotel at a really exciting time! We're home to The Engine Room restaurant, and are part-way through a major renovation as we approach a rebrand in a few months time.
