Warehouse Manager — Maxio Ltd
Role Purpose
As Maxio Ltd continues to grow, we need an experienced Warehouse Manager to bring structure, efficiency, and oversight to our warehouse operations — someone who can organise day-to-day activity now and scale processes as the business expands.

- Manage inventory accuracy — stock counts, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution
- Supervise, schedule, and support warehouse staff, including training and performance management
- Implement and enforce health & safety procedures and compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, dispatch times, stock turnover) and report to senior management
- Manage relationships with couriers, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities as the company scales
- Plan for capacity and resourcing needs as order volumes grow
- Maintain and improve warehouse management systems (WMS) and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory/stock management systems
- Good people-management and communication skills

What We'd Expect of a Manager at Maxio Ltd (General Expectations)
Beyond the specific warehouse duties, any manager at Maxio Ltd would be expected to:
- Lead, don't just supervise — take ownership of their area and drive it forward proactively, rather than waiting for instruction
- Bring structure — set up clear processes, documentation, and systems that others can follow and that scale with growth
- Communicate upward and across — keep senior management informed, flag issues early, and coordinate with other departments
- Develop their team — train, mentor, and manage staff performance fairly and consistently
- Own outcomes — be accountable for results in their area (efficiency, cost, quality, safety)
- Think ahead — anticipate needs as the company grows, rather than only reacting to problems
- Uphold company standards — represent Maxio's values and ways of working, including with external partners and suppliers
- Be hands-on when needed — especially at this growth stage, willing to get involved directly, not just delegate
