Stylist Wanted — Curly Hair Specialist Salon, Wimborne
The Natural Curl Company is Dorset's leading curly hair specialist salon. We're a small, family-run team and we're looking for one more stylist who genuinely cares about people, takes pride in the details, and wants to build a career with us, not just a job.
The role
Full or part time, based in our Wimborne salon. You'll work with an established, loyal client base and a supportive team who'll train you properly in curl specialism, no prior curly experience needed.

What we need from you
- NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), 2+ years recent salon floor experience
- You listen properly to clients and you care about getting their hair right, not just getting them out the door
- You take pride in your timings and your finish, every time
- You want to be part of a team long-term, not passing through
No curly hair experience? No problem. We'll train you properly, hands-on, with real ongoing support, not a one-off course.
