The Company's modern Aerospace Manufacturing Complexes in India and UK deliver high value to our customers, by combining the technical competence of our facilities in the UK with the cost & manufacturing advantages offered by our Indian plants.
We are a unique state-of-the-art Aeronautical manufacturing facility possessing complex 5 axis machining capabilities for the manufacture of Aerospace components and tooling. This high-end precision engineering Company is a certified supplier to Airbus UK, GKN Aerospace, Spirit AeroSystems, UK.
In 2017 we were the first private sector company in the UK to install a DMG MORI Giga Milling Centre in our Swindon site. To date, this is still the only one in the UK.
Having won more new contracts we are now looking to recruit new members of staff for these exciting projects in both Swindon and Bristol.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- The operation of manufacturing equipment to maintain both productivity and quality standards.
- Follow work instructions and procedures to load work pieces to a pallet system or to a single fixture.
- Ensure all machine parts are deburred and identified as required. Be aware of any part defects and be responsible for part quality.
- Strive for continuous improvement in your own role to make the business more efficient and to participate in team improvement projects where appropriate.
- Maintain quality standards at all times and highlight any concerns to production supervision.
- To work to given targets.
- Any other appropriate tasks as and when required by management.
Experience
- Previous experience operating 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC machinery and/or experience within the aerospace industry would be advantageous but is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with a willingness to learn, as comprehensive training will be provided.

- This role will be based at our Swindon site.
