Salary: £30k p.a. plus bonus
Quest Brothers Classic Cars is a Classic Car specialist based in St. Ives and looking to recruit a Mechanic maintaining and restoring classic cars.
The business offers a high standard of servicing, maintenance and restoration of classic cars for local clients and is run by long term classic car enthusiasts. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team on a full time basis.
Desired experience/knowledge and key skills:
- Qualifications or a high level of competence in mechanical repair work and preferably further competence in one of the following: electrical repair work, bodywork repair and painting & finishing
- A full, clean driving licence valid to drive in the UK
- Our insurance requires a minimum age of 25 years
- Flexibility to work during busy periods to meet deadlines
- Able to problem solve, prioritise and be well organised
- Experience and a passion for working with classic cars, including evidence of engine and gearbox rebuilds, brakes and suspension, overhauling instrumentation etc.
