Barista Event Manager – Southampton Boat Show
10-Day Live Event | Southampton
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Barista Event Manager to oversee multiple coffee units across the Southampton Boat Show.
You’ll be responsible for making sure each coffee unit is set up, operational and ready for service each morning, while supporting our on-site barista teams throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Start around 7:00am to get coffee machines fired up and units ready for service
- Oversee and support multiple coffee units across the event site
- Check teams have everything they need to deliver a great service
- Troubleshoot operational or equipment issues
- Jump behind the machine and make coffees during busy periods when needed
- Maintain high standards of coffee, service and presentation
About You
We’re looking for someone with strong barista experience, ideally with previous supervisory or management experience. You’ll need to be confident working independently, managing multiple teams and staying calm in a busy live-event environment.
Hours: Approx. 7:00am–6:00pm daily, with a couple of later finishes

This is a busy, hands-on role, so we’re looking for someone with plenty of energy who is happy to get stuck in and support the team wherever needed.
Pay: £200.00 per day
