Job Summary

Duties
- Plan and execute engaging training sessions focused on skill development, tactics, and physical conditioning
- Develop individualized coaching strategies tailored to each athlete’s strengths and areas for improvement
- Lead team practices, drills, and scrimmages to prepare for upcoming competitions
- Analyze game footage and performance data to refine tactics and improve team execution
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Monitor athlete health and safety, ensuring proper warm-up, injury prevention, and recovery protocols are followed
- Communicate regularly with athletes, parents, and staff to provide feedback on progress and upcoming events
Qualifications
- Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on football or similar team sports
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of athletes
- Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to athletic training, injury prevention, and recovery
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct players and collaborate with team staff
- Ability to plan structured training programs that balance skill development with physical conditioning
