Job Summary:
Batonya Digital Commerce Ltd is seeking an E-commerce Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online business and support the delivery of an outstanding customer experience. What you'll do:
- Supervise daily e-commerce operations across online sales channels.
- Coordinate product listings, catalogue updates, and website content.
- Monitor order processing, inventory availability, and fulfilment performance.
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track sales performance and prepare operational reports and insights.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities.
- Resolve operational issues and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and online content remain accurate and up to date.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on e-commerce trends, digital tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, retail operations, online sales, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or order management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.

Pay: £3,700.00-£5,300.00 per month
