A. Brunton Waste Management is looking for an experienced Waste 360 Material Handler / Grab Operator to join our busy recycling facility in Bridlington.
Applicants must be experienced and fully capable of operating selector grabs safely and efficiently.
The Role:
- Operate 360 material handlers using selector and five-tine grabs
- Sort, load and move waste and recyclable materials
- Carry out daily machine checks and defect reporting
- Keep machinery and working areas safe, clean and maintained
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a busy recycling team
This is a hands-on role where everyone works as part of the team. Alongside operating the machinery, you'll be expected to help with other site duties when required. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who's willing to work hard, get stuck in and get their hands dirty.
What We're Looking For:
- Selector grab experience
- Previous 360 material handler experience
- Waste/recycling experience preferred
- Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
- Hardworking with a positive, can-do attitude
- Safety-conscious and a good team player
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Alternative Saturday mornings
