Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily production activities
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency
- Train, motivate, and manage production staff

- Support the development and production of authentic Thai food products
Requirements:
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of authentic Thai cuisine
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production leadership role
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
