Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ appearance and wellbeing through specialised beauty treatments. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. The successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Provide a range of beauty treatments including Dermalogica Facials (training will be provided)
- All aspects of advanced waxing using only the best brands
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas.
- Ensure client comfort throughout each session, offering professional advice on aftercare and product use.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services.
- Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in beauty therapy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment, maintaining a positive approach.
