About the role
We’re looking for a Client Account Executive to join our team, working on-site with one of our key retail clients.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and seeing projects through from brief to delivery. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a key link between the client and APS production teams
- Managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Working closely with internal teams and the client to meet requirements and budgets
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Managing workflow and keeping projects organised and on track
- Maintaining accurate records across workflow systems
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive approach with confidence in problem-solving and escalation where needed
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with both clients and teams
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Experience with workflow systems and MS Office
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience in print or POS environments (full training will be provided)
