Job Title: Membership & Insurance Operations Lead
Terms: Part-Time, 20 hours per week, Permanent, Office Based
Salary: From £30k annum, pro-rata according to working hours, renumeration to be discussed, dependant on qualification level/experience,

About the Role:
BABTAC is an Appointed Representative of a successful local broker. Membership and Insurance is sold to industry professionals to help them excel and protect their businesses.
As Membership & Insurance Operations Lead you will be responsible for ensuring all insurance compliance standards are met and evidenced, working closely with our external brokers and third-party oversight co-ordinators. You will also lead business development; investigating and reflecting, then acting upon areas of concern, driving the team towards achieving targets, fostering business growth, displaying an enthusiastic and innovative approach to the ever-changing landscape, and having the confidence to pioneer new ideas to drive retention and source new business opportunities.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys working within a small and tight knit team; someone who is self-driven and results orientated, committed to ensuring high standards are met and continual improvement and growth is instilled.
Key Responsibilities:
· Complete all required compliance, audit and declaration tasks, working alongside our established external brokers and third-party oversight teams
· Monitor and report business successes and failings, providing strategies for improvement and development
· Implement new products, growth strategy and promotion
· Maintain healthy relationships with insurance brokers/oversight colleagues
· Recognising and reporting complaints to the Board or insurance brokers
· Complete bi-monthly team one to ones centred around audit feedback
· Monitor team performance to ensure appropriate engagement in achieving business growth and retention
About You:
· A background in Insurance, having already achieved your Cert CII or near to completion,
· Experience in business compliance and development
· Exceptional communication skills
· An interest in the Beauty Industry
· Leadership experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· A naturally driven person with a go-getter attitude
· Strong skill level in Microsoft Office Software and CRM systems
