We’re on a mission to become the most trusted heating and property brand in East Yorkshire through exceptional workmanship, outstanding customer service, and industry leading content.
We’re looking for someone creative, organised and enthusiastic to help tell that story.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend all day sat behind a desk scheduling Facebook posts.
You’ll be out on real jobs, filming boiler installations, capturing before and after transformations, interviewing customers, creating social media content, writing website articles and helping build a brand that homeowners genuinely trust.
If you’re excited by content creation, marketing and AI, you’ll love this role.
What you’ll be doing
- Accompanying our engineer on selected jobs to capture photos and video.
- Creating engaging social media content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Writing blog articles and customer case studies for our website.
- Updating and improving our website with new content.
- Creating email newsletters and customer campaigns.
- Updating our Google Business Profile with recent projects.
- Organising photos and videos into a structured content library.
- Helping develop the marketing strategy across multiple businesses.
- Using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva to create high-quality content efficiently.
The type of person we’re looking for
You don’t need years of marketing experience.
We’re far more interested in attitude than qualifications.
You’ll ideally be:
- Creative and full of ideas.
- Comfortable taking photos and filming videos.
- A confident writer with good attention to detail.
- Organised and reliable.
- Friendly and professional with customers.
- Keen to learn new skills and embrace AI.
- Interested in social media, branding and marketing.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Wix, CRM systems or video editing would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
