Alongside this, you'll analyse business performance, evaluate market trends and competitor activity and identify opportunities to increase bookings, occupancy and revenue.
You'll also work closely with our Front of House Management team, who support the wider client journey including venue viewings and event planning, ensuring we work together to maximise every sales opportunity and deliver an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to the event itself.
Your focus will span:

- Reviewing our products, packages and customer proposition and recommending opportunities to strengthen them.
- Producing regular commercial reports, forecasts and performance updates for the Directors.
- Continually reviewing sales processes and identifying ways to improve efficiency, conversion and profitability.
- Bringing forward new ideas and commercial opportunities that support the continued growth of Newsham.
