The Role - Events Company Office And Administrative support (Tents And Events - Glasgow)

This is a varied role suited to someone with experience in business administration, operations support, customer service or the events industry. A basic knowledge of book keeping is advantageous.
You will work closely with management and support the smooth running of the business, with responsibilities including:
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquirers
- Managing incoming calls and emails professionally
- Tracking enquirers, proposals and quotations
- Preparing quotations as approved by management
- Manage sales and purchase invoices. (Knowledge of basic book-keeping is advantageous)
- Supporting business development and marketing activity
- Assisting with day-to-day operational administration
- Helping maintain records relating to statutory obligations, including HSE compliance and staff expenses
- Updating build schedules and supporting communication between management and site teams
- Assisting with the recording and maintenance of staff records, contracts, inductions and training records
- Supporting general compliance administration, including records relating to VOSA and working-hour requirements
- Coordinating information between management, office staff and site teams
A key part of the role will be helping us maintain timely response and communication between clients, staff and suppliers.

Pay: £24,420.00-£31,000.00 per year
