We are seeking a motivated and skilled Timber Conservatory Installer/Refurbishments professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and refurbishing conservatories, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of construction skills to transform and enhance outdoor living spaces.
Responsibilities
- Install new timber conservatories and refurbish existing structures with precision and attention to detail
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble components according to schematics and design specifications
- Conduct repairs on damaged timber frames, roofing, glazing, and associated elements to restore structural integrity
- Apply construction painting techniques for finishing touches that ensure durability and aesthetic appeal
- Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations during all phases of installation and refurbishment
- Manage project timelines effectively to ensure timely completion of each conservatory project
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, roofing, or related fields
- Working away for home on occasions when required.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques
- Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans
- Ability to work at heights safely when installing or refurbishing roof components
- Strong understanding of construction painting, plastering, masonry, and general building practices

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
