Pitched Roofing Labourer – Leeds & Surrounding Areas
BKS Roofing Ltd are looking for a reliable Pitched Roofing Labourer to join our team, working on new-build housing developments across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
The Role
You will be working alongside experienced roofing gangs, assisting with pitched roofing works including:
- Loading out roof tiles, slates, battens and roofing materials
- Assisting roofers with felt, batten and tile installation
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Moving and preparing materials ready for installation
- General labouring duties associated with pitched roofing
- Working safely from scaffolding and around active construction sites
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card – Essential
- Previous roofing or construction experience preferred
- Experience working on pitched roofs would be a strong advantage
- Must be comfortable working at height
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
- Additional qualifications/tickets are an advantage
