Duties

- Collaborate with production, and manager to resolve quality issues swiftly and effectively
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality metrics, inspection reports, and corrective action records
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Exceptional communication skills for clear reporting and cross-department collaboration
- Relevant certifications in quality standards are preferred
