As our Registered Home Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the home, creating a positive, supportive culture where residents receive exceptional care and colleagues are empowered to thrive.
You'll have the autonomy to lead your service while benefiting from the support of our experienced senior leadership team, Directors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, PBS Practitioners, Therapy Assistants, Quality Assurance Team, and Internal Recruitment Team.

As Home Manager, you will:

Lead the overall management and performance of the home.

Inspire, develop and support your team to deliver outstanding care.

Ensure the home consistently meets regulatory and quality standards.

Manage budgets, resources and contracts effectively.

Drive continuous improvement and service development.

Lead strategic initiatives to support the future growth of the home.

Participate in the shared out-of-hours on-call rota.

Provide clinical nursing cover when required to support the service.

Current NMC Registration (Registered Nurse) - this is an essential requirement for the role.

Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager.

Experience managing nursing and/or complex care services.
