Job Summary

As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior stylists and contribute to the overall success of our salon.
Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offering professional advice on styles and treatments.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and increase salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties including booking appointments, managing schedules, and handling customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficient in various hair techniques including cutting, colouring, barbering, and styling.
- Experience in upselling products and services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of front desk operations is desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
