The Willows Residential Care Home is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our warm and supportive team.
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right person.

The Willows is a welcoming 30-bed residential care home in the peaceful village of Rippingale, just 5 miles from Bourne.

What You'll Do
As a Care Assistant, you'll support residents with all aspects of daily living, including:
- Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
- Emotional support and companionship
- Promoting independence wherever possible
- Assisting with mobility and daily activities
- Supporting residents' physical, emotional, psychological, cultural, spiritual and religious needs
- Working alongside colleagues and families to provide person-centred care
- Helping create a warm, friendly and engaging home environment
Some days you'll be helping someone regain confidence after a fall. Other days you'll simply be sitting and listening to a resident who needs companionship. Every interaction matters.

Experience in care is welcomed but not essential. If you have the right values and a willingness to learn, we will provide the training and support you need.
Hours Available
21–42 hours per week
We are looking for someone who can work between 21 and 42 hours per week. The exact hours will be discussed with the successful candidate and agreed as part of the role.
Shift patterns include:
- Early: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Late: 2:00pm – 9:00pm
- Night: 9:00pm – 7:00am

The Willows is located in Rippingale, approximately 5 miles from Bourne. There is limited Call Connect public transport available, so applicants should consider their ability to travel reliably to the home.
