Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Juice Bar Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and health drinks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for healthy living, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of food safety. Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of fresh juices, smoothies, and health drinks according to company recipes and standards
- Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring an exceptional experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the juice bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash register operations accurately and efficiently
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle customer queries and provide information about menu options
- Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently during food preparation and service
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business
Experience
- Previous barista experience or background in serving food and beverages is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable
- Experience in food preparation or working in a fast-paced retail environment is advantageous
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining individual responsibilities
