The role
As our Customer & Sales Support, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and the backbone of our sales operations. You’ll manage enquiries, support the sales team, process orders, coordinate deliveries and ensure customers receive accurate, timely updates from start to finish.
You’ll play a key role in keeping everything moving — from logging enquiries to booking transport, updating dashboards and supporting the Sales Director with reporting and meeting preparation.
What you’ll be doing
Customer & Enquiry Management
- Be the first point of contact for calls, emails, web chat and website enquiries
- Log and allocate enquiries in Zoho CRM
- Manage customer queries through to resolution with a high level of service
Sales Administration
- Support Key Account Managers, Business Development and Sales Management
- Prepare quotes, process orders and manage sales documentation (including PQQs)
- Maintain inboxes, track follow‑ups and ensure nothing is missed
Order Processing & Delivery Coordination
- Process webshop and sales orders accurately
- Track orders from entry to delivery, keeping customers updated
- Book transport, provide ETAs, resolve delivery issues and file PODs
- Check transport invoices and pass to Finance
Reporting & Team Support
- Update the Sales Dashboard daily
- Support the Sales Director with reports, dashboards and meeting prep
- Document processes and help improve how the team works
- Log and manage non‑conformance issues
What we’re looking for
- Experience in sales administration or customer service
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems (Zoho experience is a bonus)
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Able to prioritise, stay organised and work to deadlines
- Customer‑focused, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks
