We're searching for an experienced Front of House team member who thrives in a busy café environment, loves looking after people and takes real pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine love of hospitality.
- Confidence making quality coffees (or a solid foundation with a willingness to develop your barista skills).
- A passion for fresh food and high standards.
- A positive attitude and great energy.
- The ability to stay calm and organised during busy services.
- Reliability, professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
Your Role
- Deliver warm, genuine and attentive customer service.
- Prepare and serve consistently great coffee and drinks.
- Serve fresh food with pride and attention to detail.
- Keep the café clean, organised and welcoming.
- Support your teammates across all areas of the business.
- Help maintain the high standards Roots + Seeds is known for.
