Functional Assessor
Location: Frimley
Salary: £42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 12 months - Performance based)

Full Time – Hybrid - Monday - Friday, 9-5
Part time - 3/4 is available
Become a Functional Assessor, supporting individuals applying for Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Your Role:
- Assessing claimants functional ability/work related activates and daily activities via phone or face-to-face appointments.
- Use your critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills to conduct in depth assessments.
- Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
- Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed
Essential Criteria:
- Registered Nurse, OT or Physio
- Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
- NMC/HCPC registered
- Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
- Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate
- Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
- Experience working with complex health conditions
