As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a high calibre Bid Writer to support our expansion into new public and private sector frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development of tender responses, producing clear, persuasive, and compliant submissions.
Contribute to win strategies, value propositions, and differentiators aligned to client requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with operational, commercial, and technical teams to extract key information and translate it into compelling written responses.
- Sector-Specific Content Development
- Security & guarding services
- Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM)
- Traffic and crowd management operations
- Portal & Submission Management
- Manage tender portals, clarification questions, and submission deadlines.
- Content Library Development
- Build and maintain a high-quality bid library to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, well-structured, and aligned to evaluation criteria.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
