We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Pharmacy Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our retail and counter area.
This is a key leadership role within a busy and growing independent pharmacy. You will be responsible for ensuring the retail side of the business is well organised, profitable, fully stocked, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the pharmacy counter and front-of-shop operation
* Oversee stock ordering, stock control and supplier relationships
* Manage pricing, promotions and merchandising
* Monitor retail sales performance and identify growth opportunities
* Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organised and compliant
* Lead and develop counter and retail staff
* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues
* Support the delivery and promotion of pharmacy services
* Manage seasonal campaigns and health promotions
* Maintain high standards of presentation throughout the pharmacy
