We’re recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in Rhymney, Caerphilly. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking for a predominantly NHS role with flexible working options, long-term stability, and visa sponsorship available.
About the Role
- Start Date: ASAP
- Days Available: Full or Part time - Friday is a fixed day
- Working Hours: 8 clinical hours per day (excluding lunch break)
- Contract: Full-time or part-time considered, long-term applicants preferred
- NHS Remuneration: Flat 35% of NHS income based on the monthly NHS payment schedule
- Private Split: 45%–50% depending on experience and expertise
- Lab Bills: Same split as the agreed private percentage
- Experience Required: NHS Performer Number required
- Additional Requirement: Candidate must be willing to work across two sites, splitting days equally between them

Requirements
