Location: Manor House Caravan Park, DN22 0NJ
Hours: Full-Time – 5 Days Per Week (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend cover if required)

Manor House Caravan Park is a luxury holiday and lodge park committed to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards across our park. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Administrator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
* Greeting visitors and assisting customers in a professional manner.
* Managing emails and day-to-day office correspondence.
* Maintaining customer records and filing systems.
* Preparing invoices, sales paperwork, and holiday home documentation.
* Assisting with bookings, reservations, and general administration.
* Updating advertisements and social media listings for holiday homes and lodges.
* Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
* Keeping the reception and office organised and presentable.
* General office duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Friendly, professional, and well presented.
* Previous administration or reception experience is preferred but not essential.
