Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Temporary Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and domestic sites.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools
- Use welding skills to repair or modify piping as needed for complex installations or repairs
- Measure and cut pipes accurately using basic math skills and carpentry techniques to ensure proper fitting
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation or repair projects
- Assemble plumbing components and related mechanical parts following technical specifications and safety standards
Qualifications
- Experience with plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance in a commercial setting
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and related building infrastructure
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various work environments
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting tasks
- Familiarity with carpentry principles relevant to plumbing installations
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required; willingness to operate company vehicles as needed
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to plumbing work and heavy equipment operation
