As an HR Advisor, you'll play a key part in keeping things moving for our customers, suppliers and The Pros around you. You'll take ownership, solve problems properly, and work with people across the business to make things simpler, faster and better.
You'll be trusted to get stuck in, make decisions, and see things through.
Supporting front-line managers with employee relations queries and casework, giving them clear, practical guidance they can act on
Applying employment legislation and company policy with confidence, so advice is consistent and gets things right first time
Building strong relationships with leaders, developing a real understanding of how each part of the business works
Contributing to HR projects that support our wider people strategy
Using data to spot trends and suggest improvements in how we engage and keep The Pros around
Supporting consistency in how people processes work across multiple divisions
Collaborating closely with other HR colleagues to deliver joined-up support across recruitment, learning and operations
We’re looking for someone who knows how to get things done and works well with others to make it happen.
You don’t need to tick every single box, but you’ll likely bring:
Solid experience in an HR Advisory role within a fast-paced environment
A working knowledge of UK employment legislation, and the confidence to apply it properly
Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at every level
A practical, solutions-focused mindset that moves issues forward rather than letting them sit
The ability to manage competing priorities and stay organised under pressure
Confidence using HR systems and data to guide your approach
A collaborative, people-first attitude and the willingness to get stuck in
