Our role is to coordinate partnerships between the public and private sector to bring the required mix of capital, land, and delivery expertise to each project. We do this through our existing SPPs with Greater Manchester and Liverpool City Region Combined Authorities and emerging partnerships with Cheshire and Warrington and Lancashire and Cumbria. Our mission is to accelerate the delivery of high-quality homes in these locations, whilst also supporting economic growth through regeneration and placemaking.

Joint working with GMCA, Manchester City Council, TfGM and private sector partners to deliver Victoria North (Manchester), the largest residential opportunity in Greater Manchester.
Supporting GMCAs ambition to deliver 75,000 Greater Manchester homes within the current Parliament, including 10,000 Totally Affordable Net Zero Caron Homes.
£56m infrastructure investment to unlock 2,350 new homes at Central Docks in collaboration with Liverpool City Council and Peel Waters.
Working in partnership with Wirral Borough Council and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority to secure more than £50m infrastructure and sustainable transport funding in support of the first phase of delivery at Hind St Urban Village.
