Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to bar patrons
- Take and serve drink and Food orders in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Collect payment for drinks and Food and process transactions accurately
- Restock bar supplies as needed
-Setting up and Closing down the Bar.
-Follow general Bar cleaning schedules
-Check in and take payment for Hotel Guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Bar, restaurant or hospitality setting Required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues when needed
Must be Available over the Christmas Period, Bank Holidays & Key Dates
Have Availability Midweek Shifts and Weekends
