Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Barista and General Assistant to join our team in London Wall (Central London). This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our daily operations at The Genuine Dining Co., helping us uphold our reputation for quality and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness of the workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure health standards are met.
- Support team members in daily operational duties.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Contribute to creating a positive atmosphere that reflects the company's values.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Strong time management skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
