At KidsLab Day Nursery and Preschool in Canary Wharf, we’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic Preschool Room Leader to lead our Preschool team.

The Role
As our Preschool Room Leader, you’ll:
- Lead, support and inspire the Preschool team.
- Plan and oversee engaging activities in line with the EYFS and our unique KidsLab curriculum.
- Support children’s development, confidence, independence and school readiness.
- Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and educational practice.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Work closely with the management team to support the continued development of the nursery.

Who We’re Looking For
If you have a full and relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above, strong knowledge of the EYFS and experience leading or supporting a nursery team, we’d love to meet you.
We would also welcome applications from experienced Nursery Practitioners who are ready to progress into a Room Leader position.
