At Brandon, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a life that is meaningful to them.
We're looking for an ambitious, innovative and inspirational Retail & Trading Manager with proven commercial expertise to lead and grow our portfolio of charity shops and online trading platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next chapter of our retail growth, leading and developing our Cluster Managers, driving strong commercial performance and ensuring our shops continue to thrive and remain sustainable in an ever-changing retail landscape.
As Retail & Trading Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership across Brandon's retail and trading operation, helping to deliver sustainable income growth while creating meaningful opportunities for the people we support.
Charity retail is evolving rapidly. You'll bring strong market knowledge, a forward-thinking approach and the ability to develop innovative strategies that keep Brandon relevant, competitive and sustainable for the future.
Using your charity retail expertise alongside insight, data and innovation, you'll identify opportunities for growth into new areas, explore new digital and trading opportunities and maximise the value of every donation.
As we deliver our ambitious growth plans, you'll be instrumental in developing the infrastructure, systems and ways of working needed to support long-term success and future expansion.
