Duties and responsibilities related to the Concierge role:
Provide expert local knowledge and personalised recommendations on Stratford, London attractions, dining, shopping, entertainment and transportation options.
Assist guests with arranging transport, restaurant reservations, tickets, special requests and memorable local experiences.
Previous experience within a hotel, hospitality or guest-facing environment is preferred. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a proactive approach to service. Knowledge of Stratford and London attractions would be advantageous, along with the ability to remain professional, organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
