Response Team Support Worker – Bristol & North Somerset
Salary: £15.25 per hour for contractual hours (37.5 hours per week) + 45p per mile for travel.
Location: Bristol and North Somerset
Contract: Full-time
Driver: Essential
Flexibility: Required to work across multiple services, locations and shift patterns[LC1]
Shift patterns can include: Early and late shifts, long days as well as sleep in and waking nights.

As a Response Team Support Worker, you'll be the first response when services require additional staffing support. Whether covering planned absence, annual leave, training, or unexpected staffing gaps, you'll step in to support colleagues and make a real difference to the lives of autistic people and people with learning disabilities across Bristol and North Somerset.

About the role
Our Response Team plays a vital role in supporting Brandon Trust homes across the regions.
You'll work across a variety of care homes, supported living and community-based services, building experience with different teams, individuals, and support environments.
As a Response Team Support Worker, you will:

Provide high-quality, person-centred support to autistic people and people with learning disabilities

Step in to support services when additional staffing is required

Work flexibly across Bristol and North Somerset

Support people to maintain their independence, wellbeing and life goals

Assist with daily living tasks, community activities and personal care where required

Promote choice, dignity and inclusion

Build positive relationships with individuals, families and colleagues

Adapt confidently to different services and support needs
